Last year at In The Woods Festival, we had a total blast, therefore we will be returning this year.

In case you missed our features on the festival last year, here is a brief recap:

In the Woods Festival is a small 750 capacity festival based in a secret woodland area, one hour south of London. At the festival, which is now in its seventh year, you can expect home cooked food, local ales, art installations, a bonfire, a silent disco and of course, quality acts. Previous acts include Lianne La Havas, Lucy Rose, Anna Calvi, DELS and Three Trapped Tigers.

On this year’s bill is London based producer Kwes. (pictured above with a large fish) who in the past has worked on songs with Ghospoet as well as past In The Woods artists Michachu and DELS. He’s now working on some solo material and released his second EP, Meantime, earlier this year on Warp Records.

Also on this year’s bill are Liverpool girl band, Stealing Sheep who released their debut album Into The Diamond Sun not long again which possesses folk pop belters such as their singles, ‘Shut Eye’ and ‘Genevieve.’

And here’s our final pick: AlunaGeorge. Do we really have to say any more?  We’ve said enough really about why we love them already I think.

Here’s a recent collaboration that they did with Rustie:
